Omg wow you can really notice a difference!!!!!

Crazy isn't it. When you see yourself staring back in the mirror everyday it's hard to see it. I'd recommend taking some snaps if you haven't already. Massively spured me on. X

Start 16.10, last weigh in I was 15.5.5 and 9.7 is my goal!!! I have been cheating a bit though and a few nights off here and there so think that's why my losses haven't been as big. No more cheating now!!!

That's fantastic. Every Friday after I weigh in I have steak or duck with creamed cabbage and bacon lol. Keeps you in ketosis but feels naughty. My consultant wouldn't be happy about it though :p Had a night off last weekend and it was the best thing ever, went for posh nosh. I've got a night/weekend off planned for every month so i can all the stuff I can't the rest of the time. Life/diet balance :)
