Hi, I went to my first meeting last night. Everyone seemed really nice. I dicided on an original day today. I had:

Breakfast: A mullerlight yoghurt (I wasnt that hungry)

Dinner: 3 pieces of grilled lean bacon, 2 fried eggs(fried with frylight), 2 pieces of weight watchers toast with no butter, Teaspoon of ketchup.

Tea: pork, cauliflour, peas, green beans, carrotts.

Snack: 1 plain flour tortilla. Gallons of water.

Healthy extras:small glass of ss milk.

Syns: 9.5 for tortilla, 1 for the ketchup.

I just wanted to know if this sounds ok or could I improve anywhere.

Ah, thanks guys I will certainly try my hardest. I have chucked my scales away as they lied to me. When I was weighed last night I weighed 2 stone more than mine at home which threw me a bit. But I am not going to let it bother me now. I am really shy so it took me a very lot of courage to go last night on my own. So i am determined to lose those nasty extra pounds.
