First day

I have only just completed my first week so can't really offer any hints or tips other than try and eat as many free foods as possible. I try to make sure I have a variety of stuff so I don't get bored :)

I have found it pretty easy to get my head round. I've been having mostly Extra Easy days but I did have a red day for one day as it fitted in more easily to what I was eating.

Just keep checking out the threads on here and I'm sure you will pick up lots of hints and tips thats what I've been doing :)
Thank u for your reply, i am enjoying looking through the threads and finding that for once i dont have to make 3 different meals at dinner time haha. Im thinking that i will do extra easy just for the fact it does seem easy to follow

I would suggest that you have a look at the food diary section on here. It will give you some ideas about meals to make when you are struggling.
Plan ahead as much as you can too so that you are never caught off guard and slip up.
