First day

    First day on total solutions had a little milk finding it hard with black coffee and tea but only had a little milk .
    But I am worry I have already wrecked it.

    You should be fine. If you do need milk just use small amounts of skimmed.

    I know some people do that and it doesn't affect their losses.

    I am on day 3 and have had 1-2 teas a day with a bit of skimmed milk , you'll be ok x

    Thanks girls I need my coffee lol 2nd day and feeling good so far hopefully hunger doesn't strike :)

    I tried black coffee and tea and failed miserably. I have skimmed milk in all my coffees and teas and personally its never done any harm

    Although the ideal is to stick to the plan 100%, I think it's better to have a little splash of skimmed milk in coffee and tea rather than suffer abject misery. I don't think it can do that much damage really.

    I can manage black coffee but not tea so that's off the menu for a while.

    Try redbush tea, ok without milk or coffee with a sweetner to get rid of the bitterness
