I have decided to update my food diary on here so you guys can help me when I muck up lol

250ml semi skimmed milk (HEA)

Lunch - Ham and cheese Sandwich
(Ham - free, Bread - HEB, Cheese - HEA)
Salad - free

Tea - Salad - free
Banana - Free
Hi Fi Bar - 6 syns

Snacks - Banana - free
alpen light bar -3 syns
cup of tea x 3 - 1.5 syns

total 10.5 syns

How is that - please let me know I have never done a red day before
