i have got weighed properly this morning after my first week and amazed to find i'd lost 8 lbs, great considering i'm doing this at home no class :), hope i can keep it up, maybe not as fast but i am pleased with me lol so i jhust had to share :D

thank you unfortunatly i failed my driving test though - gutted, i only got 3 minors in total but completely messed up reverse park :( so instant fail, plus i seem to have lost the ability to go to the loo if you know what i mean lol, anyone any ideas?, i feel bloated and icky and am sure i have put weight on already but have stuck to the plan :S

Sorry to hear about your driving test.

I can only think of green veg and fruit for our other difficulty??
