First gain, sad face

Just got in from my weigh in and gained 1/2 lb. Its my first gain and I know it could be worse but I tracked everything and stayed within my points, although I used my weeklies for a curry on Saturday night when I was feeling deprived. I've also been unable to exercise since Saturday cos of a strained muscle.

I'm just worried cos normally I'd make an extra hard effort this coming week but it's my birthday on Tuesday and I'm going to my mam's tomorrow for a few days and will be going out for meals and drinks. I guess I just have to make good choices and get back on it properly the week after. It's frustrating though cos i have found this week tough foodwise but thought I'd controlled myself well. Winge over. X

You will always get weeks like this, I had two gains in a row about a month or so back, and one of the weeks I was within my points, but you just need to stick to it and push through and the weight will come off! Have fun over your birthday, and then get back into the swing of things (remember to keep pointing everything even if you go over).

Thanks dead teddies it's just always disappointing to see the scales go up. Went for an early birthday meal last night with my boyfriend and had creme brûlée AND pistachio ice cream which easily made me forget about my gain. X x
