First hiccup!

I went to an Anne summers party last night, and was a bit naughty. Had a few crisps, 2 chocolates, and a bun!! Needless to say I don't have ketone breath this morning :-(

I'm not worried that I ate enough to have a catastrophic effect on my loss, but don't think those few bits were worth losing my "fat burning ketosis" for! Hopefully it won't take 3 whole days of torture to get back into it?!

What are other peoples experiences after little slips??

Oh well, onwards and .... DOWNWARDS ! X
 
Hey Allie, it might not take as much as 3 days to get back in to ketosis, calorie wise it's probably not going to affect your losses too much, you have done amazingly well in just a few weeks, I really hope I get similar results xx
 
Hey hun, it went paired shaped for me on too. Draw the line and just move on, I dont tink it should make a big difference.
