first meal ideas?

Hi guys!

My mom starts refeed today & is struggling on what to have for her first meal. Any ideas would be appreciated! Thanks!!! xxxx

Unfortunately it's just her eating...i'll be sitting there watching her take her first bites hahaha.

Wow! Where is everyone today?? I'm guessing it's way too late to answer your question now killer. I'd have said a baked chicken breast with a small salad dressed with balsamic vinegar but whatever she had I hope she enjoyed it! xx

Not been on long Killercurls...sorry! hope she enjoyed it!
Just make sure she doesnt have tomotoes....my refeed sheet from the pharmacy says I can have them, but Aoife was told the other day not to have them....so, I emailed LT and they said wait till after Day 3 before having them.

Just incase she did, maybe best to not have them tomorrow.

I wish I hadnt known about not eating them, cause I love tomatoes too but knowing me, I would have eaten them and put on ;-))))))
