How did you feel when they said 9lb in less than a week ;-) i'm just waiting for my CDC to come with more packs , so looks like i'm in it for another week hehe . I thought i would do my weigh in today as thats the day shes coming , so from 191.8 from my restart to 184.4 its coming off , thats what we want !

Felt great when CDC said 9lbs, although at first i though it wasnt that much, but keep reminding myself that it's less than a week, so hopefully closer to 11lbs in a week.
