If you are sticking to it then it will just be something like water retention or your body reacting to lack of food etc.

About 5 weeks in (last time around) I lost 1/2 pound, and was gutted, the following week I upped water slightly and lost 10lbs !

1lb is still a loss in the right direction, maybe you lost inches ??? I find on weeks i don't lose as much as i hope i lose inches instead..
