First Stone gone many more to go

Weight myself this morning and I've lost all the weight I've put on whilst on holiday..
Now to lose a bit more before the big walk in 3 weeks.:)
 
Think I am doing quite well with my food this week even if it's not low carb.

B = 2 slices best of both with pate
L = Salad with cheese and ham, salad cream & 2 slices crisp bread
D = pasta with tuna and tomato sauce + parmesan
S = watermelon, apricots, nectarine, crisps,balisto musli bar, 1 hobnob

stayed under calories.

Had a really good day in regards to food.

B = slice of best of both with butter, yogurt with mango and berries
L = Cheese and ham salad with salad cream + 2 slices crisp bread
D = 2 wholemeal pitta breads with chicken, spinach and tzaziki, 1 tomato

feeling really full but am well under my calories xx

Todays food was good again and within calories.

B = 2 slices best of both with butter, 2 boiled eggs
L = salad with cheese and sardines + 2 slices crisp bread
D = mashed Aubergines and spinach curry with rice and Greek yogurt
S = Greek yogurt with blueberries and honey, nectarine, pretzels and a bit if chocolate :)
 
Well had a bit of a unhealthy eating weekend but I am back on it now 🙂

S = salad with cheese and salami + 2 slices crisp bread
D = 2 fish finger burgers with cheese
S = watermelon, 2 peaches, pretzels and 25g chocolate

Hi everyone,

nearly the weekend. :) Finn as beba busy one. Going to African music festival on Saturday then to neighbours for dinner. Then on Sunday we are going to a local 10km run. Just to watch though :)

Food today:

B & L same as yesterday apart from a dinner roll instead of crisp bread
D = pitta bread, red pepper houmous, turkey mince with cumin and paprika. 1 Tomato
S = Berries with yogurt, pretzels and 25g chocolate

Weather seems good for it but lots of sunscreen and water and a floppy hat.
 
How did it go, i managed a short 3km walk yesterday in the heat. The baby fell asleep and the dog gave up.

It was alright until lunchtime. We had a break and I noticed when we started again that I had blisters. Made the rest of the walk rather uncomfortable but we did it. We both wore hats and 50+ sunscreen. Still got caught slightly in the sun. The last 3miles were the hottest part and I think the sun protection must have just worn off. I am a bit achy today but my husband can't move. He has arthritis in his back. Xx
