First Stone gone many more to go

Happy New Year everyone. Back on plan from tomorrow. Planning quite light meals to see if I can just maintain this week. It's my birthday on Thursday though but not gonna celebrate until Saturday. Will have a drink though and meeting my friend for lunch on the day. Planning low point meals otherwise though. Xx
 
Habe a great birthday, it was mine today and i managed to get tomorrow off work.
 
Back on track today. Felt good eating healthy again.

Food today

B = 1 slice wholemeal toast with 20g cream cheese, 2 boiled eggs
L = salad with ca 75g goose breast and 1 tsp rapeseed oil, 1 crisp bread
D = 50g rice, Mediterranean vegetables
S = fat free yogurt with berries, orange, mini mince pie, 30g smoked cheddar

Managed to be under my points allowance xx
 
Really busy day at work today. Nice birthday lunch with my friend though.

Food today

B = 1 wholemeal toast, 1/2 tsp butter, 2 boiled eggs
L = veggie burger with Tzaziki
D = 40g tagliatelle, tomato sauce, chicken breast fillet with mozzarella
S = orange, berries with fat free yogurt, 5 cherry tomatoes and 25g smoked cheddar

Probably will ha e a gin and tonic for my birthday in a minute xx

L = salad with salami and cheese, 1/2 tsp olive oil and lemon juice
D = Dhal, fat free yogurt and lightly dusted lemon sole
S = fat free yogurt and berries, orange, mini mince pie, 25g crisps, 4 almond, 1 sardine in brine

Back from WI and shopping and I have put on 2.5lbs. So overall I gained 4lbs over Xmas and new year. Back on plan properly frim Monday. Got a friend round tonight for birthday meal. It will be healthier but then there will be pudding and alcohol. I am surprised it was only 4lbs really. Xx
 
Ha a really nice dinner last night. Only bad thing was pudding but only one more pudding left now. Other things I can boils into my eating plan.

Yesterdays food

Brunch = Omelette with mushrooms and cheese, 1 wholemeal toast with 25g pate
D = Butternut squash and goats cheese wellington, broccoli with cheese sauce, carrots, creamed leeks, glass of red wine
Pudding = yule log, single cream
S = orange, 1 sardine in brine

I did a 2 hour walk though xx
