Food today

B = 80g Low GI Bread, 1.5 tsp butter, omelette with spinach and Greek salad cheese
L = buttermilk pancakes with blueberries, golden syrup and cream
D = chicken leg, green beans and broccoli

over points but have plenty of weekly points left xx
 
Bit of a naughty dinner tonight. Few points over.

B = 1 slice wholemeal toast with cream cheese , 2 boiled eggs.
L = 2 mini wraps with 1/2 avocado and chicken slices, 2 tomatoes
D = 2 brown oven bottom muffins. Tsp mayonnaise, 1 fried onion, 1.5 flat mushrooms, 2 turkey breast mince burgers, 2 slices processed cheese, 20g stilton
S = fat free yogurt with berries, apple, orange and 1 mini mince pie
 
Surely the mince pies must be gone by now;)
 
Better day and managed to stay in my points this time.

L = 2 slices wholemeal bread with half an avocado and chicken slices, 2 tomatoes
D = WW recipe garlic chicken curry
S = Orange, fat free yogurt and berries, mini mince pie (last one), 50g Greek salad cheese
 
I could really do with a wine now. Neighbour is still the same. The youngest son just updated us. So sad. Just hoping that there will be better news for them. :(

B = half a slice rye bread with 10g cream cheese, 2 boiled eggs
L = salad with 2 mini frankfurter and 1 ryevita
D = 65g whole-wheat pasta with quorn Bolognese and parmesan
S = fat free yogurt with berries and banana, orange, 1 Ferrero Rocher
 
I'll be doing some WW meals soon :) - a guy at work gave me four books, they look pretty new so i;ll have a browse later and post some ideas :).

Another quite busy day at work. Looking forward to the werkend now. Need to catch up on some sleep

D = 3.5 fish fingers, mashed potatoes with cream cheese and spring onion's and peas
S = fat free yogurt with berries, apple, orange, 1 Ferrero Rocher

D = 2 mini wraps with fajita filling, fat free yogurt, lighter cheddar and salsa
S = fat free yogurt with berries, 2 apples, 2 pieces baklava
 
Thats really great Tess, you are quickly moving towards a healthy weight.
 
Life can really bring you down with a bump. Our neighbour passed away last night. Absolutely heartbroken for the family. Saw the youngest son walking the fog and he told me. He is a very mature kid. The dad was an organ donar so that saved 3 peoples life. What an amazing way of dealing with it. Think I need a drink tonight. Xx

L = 2 potatoes with 250g prawns mixed with garlic. Lemon juice and fat free yogurt
D = 60g brown rice, aubergine spinach curry and fat free yogurt
S = orange, chocolate, baklava and mulled wine might have a glass of red wine too xx
