First Stone gone many more to go

It's freezing here today. Couldn't get warm all day. Train was cancelled in the morning so was waiting in the cold for half an hour.
Really tired as well.

Food today

B = slice white toast, tsp butter and marmite, 2 boiled eggs
L = chicken salad with tsp oil , 2 ryevita
D = chicken mozzarella bake with tomato sauce and 40g tagliatelle
S = berries and fat free yogurt, apple, 1 Ferrero rocher, 2 pieces of baklava
 
Another boring day at work. Hate not having stuff to do.

Food today

B = 1 slice wholemeal toast with pate, 2 boiled eggs
L = salad with 20g light cheese and sardines. Lemon juice and 2 ryevita
D = 300g hasselback potatoes, fajita filling made with Quorn lives, 30g light cheese, fat free yogurt and salsa
S = 3 pieces baklava, fat free yogurt and berries, orange and apple

Feeling really stuffed now. Only 1 point over. Xx
 
I hate it too, mine is a bit like that because I can't start any new projects - so am trying to focus on cleaning out files and emails...

How were the potatoes? I keep meaning to try them and then forgetting :).
 
Ive a boring day too at work today but looking forward too it as has been so hectic lately and ive been frontline. Today i get to do some paperwork. Ive another job application to do so hoping to sneak that in too.

D = 85g spaghetti with tin of anchovies in oil with garlic and herbs, parmesan
S = fat free yogurt with berries and banana, orange, 2 pieces baklava

Actually you've made me remember I've got chicken to use up so might make curried chicken for dinner :).

Hope the snow has eased up?

I bought a tin of pilchards in tomato sauce as part of my new diet (and also because I love fish) but, unfortunately, I am not much of a cook. What am I going to do with these pilchards? Any ideas are most welcome.

I used to have them on baked potatoes with a bit of cheese. Or you can have them on toast.
 
Stressful day at work. Already was an aggressive atmosphere before 9am. Had to walk out for a bit to get a cup of tea.

Much better evening though as I had a long phone call with a friend in Germany who had a stroke after brain surgery last year. She sounded really upbeat and is recovering well.
