First week dooonnnnneeee!!!

    Wk 1 done!!! stuck to it 100% for 7 whole days, well done me! lol Lost 7lb....wish my scales weighed in half pounds cos it flicked onto 13.13 first and would have liked to have gone down into the 13's but oh well!! Rare night of no kids tonight but trying my best to not go out for dinner with other half! have a rented movie and a chicken...might be 'naughty' and have a bit extra chicken with my lettuce!! still have to have my 3rd mealpack, might be double naughty and have another bar, not allowed but better than takeout!!

    Well I somehow got to wk 3 weigh in and have lost 2lb, making total of 13lb in 3wks... been 100% for a whole 21 days! now today is day 1 of wk 4, also valentines day and I have baked hubby a victoria sponge cake which I will fill with whipped cream and raspberry jam once cooled, kids off for over a wk on half term and are scoffing toast, will need stronger than normal willpower to get to wk 4 weigh in I think!!!
