First week loss!

Hey everyone,

I started at the beginning of the week and, despite having two family celebration meals (you know the ones where you have the best of intentions but quickly find yourself using flexible syns :() I still managed to lose 2 pounds!

Not a great loss for my first week but hope to stay on plan 100% next week so we'll see what happens!

I agree, any loss is a good loss (didn't mean to sound ungrateful!)

I can't believe that a week ago I was staring at my highest ever weight on the scales and my eating was spiralling out of control.

I just need to focus now and not get complacent - onwards and downwards!

Good luck to anybody else weighing in soon :cross:
