First week results - disappointed

Hi All,
Well, I weighed in this morning and have lost 4lbs. With the 2lb I lost the 2 days before (low carbing in preperation) I've lost 6 pounds in 9days, I know it is a still nearly half a stone, but I was hoping for a bit more than that on my first week.
I'm hoping that it was my binge on vodka on Sunday that has screwed me up. I've been 100% everyday apart from then, I've resisted roast dinners, kids party food on two occasions, a nice lunch out with work and all for 4lb that I could have lost on weightwatchers.
I am persevering though, I have 3 weeks left of my month pack so will definitely use that up. Hopefuly I will have better results next week without having a vodka binge!!!!
I've been drinking between 2-3 litres of water a day, so going to up that to 4litres.
At least I'm through the first week now, not hungry at all. I'm going to resist the scales until next Thursday morning and hopefully get a nice suprise then.

Don't apologise for being negative :) where best to have a rant than on here. We're all in the same boat and feel your frustration!! :) It's awful when things don't go to plan but the main thing is you're still keeping at it. You might have your desired loss next week instead. Two lots of party food in one week is enough to make anyone crack! And you didn't :) There are loads of positives in your post! you've made it through the first week, you're not hungry, you've resisted lots of temptation and you're still going. In my eyes that's success! :) Well done xx

How much water have you bee drinking? Maybe that could be increased?
Also don't forget the less your start weight, the amounts you loose won't be so big.
You may loose 4lb in your first wk of ww but you don't do that every week it will slow done a lot on conventional diets, so carry on and wait until need week and assess how you feel then x
