I can't believe it I lost 10 pounds in my first week I am sooo pleased!!!

Hi,

Congrats on ur weight loss.

I have just started 2day. Wot r ur tips 2 get through the dreaded 1st week?
im at the end of day 3, drink water,water and more water.....you need the 4 litres..forget about food, your hunger pains will start to go...mine have just about, im going 12 hours in between shakes. And If I can do it anyone can.

Super loss well done!!! I am just starting week 3 it does get easier becomes a way of life. The water is a must though so keep going all u LT TFR'ers :)
