    Just thought I let you know how i got off today!!!
    Im so pleased I lost 8lb :) its certainly given me the boost i needed. 20lb to go owch lol

    Well done to all who lost fantastic amounts this week xxx

    Thanks guys, lets hope so hey, id be thrilled to bits if it didnt take me long so fingers crossed. Any tips for my 2nd week? Do I expect to loose less now?

    Well done on that great weight loss. I think the advice on the second week is to expect to lose half the amount you lost on the first. But then again everyone is different.

    Slimming World, Dietchef, Lipotrim - now maintaining (I hope!).
    That's a fantastic result! Well done!

    It's highly unlikely you'll lose anything like the amount you lose in the first week again because a lot of the 1st week's loss is water. You can EXPECT to lose 3-4lbs (according to LT) with any extra being a bonus. But what you can also expect is that all of the losses from now on will be fat - and that's what we all want to get rid of really isn't it??
