Well done on that great weight loss. I think the advice on the second week is to expect to lose half the amount you lost on the first. But then again everyone is different.

That's a fantastic result! Well done!

It's highly unlikely you'll lose anything like the amount you lose in the first week again because a lot of the 1st week's loss is water. You can EXPECT to lose 3-4lbs (according to LT) with any extra being a bonus. But what you can also expect is that all of the losses from now on will be fat - and that's what we all want to get rid of really isn't it??
