    :eek: OMG never lost that amount so quick. I wish I found this diet years ago.... :D :D

    Didn't find it that hard either. No messing around this time with a two pound off one on every week !! Can't wait for next weight in, always seemed to hate weights in but I am looking forward to the next one !! :D
