first weigh in results!

hi cause ive had problems with my ticker im now harriet2 (was harriet) so not exactly new!!

ive had my first weigh in at last and ive lost 10lbs this week! im totally over the moon.

she also checked my ketosis level and its on maximum...something else im pleased about

WOOPWOOP!!! well done! I had my 1st weigh in today too - 5.5kilos off which the pharmacist has put down as 7.5lbs off but i'm convinced is 12lbs off -Either way i'm over the moon -the dish can bugger off with the spoon as far as Im concerned cus I is gettin skinotrim on lioptrim lol

So glad you are too.

thanks - yeah that seems to be the general consensus...but I'm afraid to believe it lol - I'm stickin to 7.5lbs off cus thats whats down in the pharmacy and its still a good loss. Congratulations on your loss -let that spur you on for another successful week!
