First weigh in tonight.... Nervous!

That is a great loss. Pick up 3.5lbs and just see how heavy that is!!!!!!!!! Then give yourself a big pat on the back! I lost 2.5lbs my first and second week, then it steadied to about 1lb a week, but I got to target and you will too! S W is a great slimming plan/s. Well done
