First weigh in ....

I lost 7Ib .... Dead chuffed but I absolutely didn't deserve it ... I don't think I managed a single day without eating something I shouldn't have .... I'm in cruise now but in fact I think iv just decided that for me, its just easier to not strictly stick to dukan only but just generally cut out on my carbs (pasta bread and potatoes) fats and sugars .... It's worked for the last 3 days and iv been really really good so hopefully I can sustain. If I find my weight loss stalling or my willpower slipping il go straight onto strict cruise phase to help me

Lets see .... Hope I get a couple more poundage off next week! I couldn't have go through this first week without you guys so thanks!
