First weigh in

    I had my first weigh in today and lost 8lb. Although this was over a week, it was 11days. I'm am still happy with that :D. Roll on next week.

    Yeah I'm on phase two :D Had to come off last year because a few health issues, but all systems go again. I wish you good luck. I think it was harder in the first few days this time but after that is was ok. Day 12 now so no looking back ;)
