Heya all!
After one week of ignoring satan smells, positive mental thinking and burning holes through other ppls plates i have completed week one. phew!
I lost 9lbs. :)
I'm guessing the following wks will be less of a huge weight loss as week one is mainly due to the sudden start and water loss??
Still finding it very hard and just to chomp on somethin. However CHOCOshake with peppermint - omg!! i read that tip on a different thread and seriously GET IT TRIED. Tastes like somethin you'd go to starbuc*s for, and more luxurious than Optio*s. Not kidding. I only had one choc flavour packet last week, this week i've ordered 2/3s choc, and 1/3 vanilla (as i use them as whitener for coffee/Assam, Earl Grey teas).
We can do this, lets spur each other on, c'mon ladies :)

Well done, nice tipo about using the Vanilla as whitener... Im only on day3, hated the Vanilla but I just did one in hot (not boiling) water and it was much nicer!
