First WI after restart

    slimming world
    Started Thursday morning and WI was on Monday. I've lost 3lbs. I know, its a great loss but i'm really disappointed. I've been 100% SS but had tea at my folks on sun (started TOTM) and i had cottage cheese and several slices of turkey as they dont understand the diet it was easier than getting grief.
    It was my eldest DD birthday on Monday and I did fab til i got home. Had birthday cake, wine and crisps. So so annoyed with myself, had nibbles and christmas chocs last night too. Totally back in the game again today but just wish i had stuck to my guns and SSd on Sunday and I'd have kept going.
    Now i'm out of ketosis and starting again today. I am going to finish this diet!

    Sorry for my ranting, next week it should be a better loss.

    next week is next week put it all behind you and carry on life sometimes is difficult keep going x

    Thats a great loss, I only lost 4lbs in a week chin up and keep at it, next week will be better
