First WI result, but not a good day!

    Hi everyone,

    I had my first weigh in today, and lost 4.4lbs. I'm really pleased, but have had a really bad day today food wise, and feel yuck! :( I've kept within my calories, but ate too much fat, and not much fruit and veg.

    I'll do better tomorrow!

    How have your days been?

    Well done on your 4.4 - don't stress too much about the fat content - we all have bad days, just try your best to keep them to a minimum!

    Well done on the weight loss! I think you're right, you'll have a better day tomorrow and the rest of the week can go so well: just think how good it will feel to have a nice loss again this time next week :)
