Hi everyone...
Was my first weigh in today on day 6 i have lost 8 pounds im soooo happy..
I know its advised not to take bars in the first two weeks but if i didnt i wouldnt have survived. I had one bar everyday.....
Goodluck to all the newbies you can do it....

Just shows you that you can have them, i had no bars on week one and lost 8 too , if it works go for it !

I didnt have bars and lost 4lbs ssing, just shows you, well done fab loss

That's a great loss, well done.

First time I did this diet I had bars from the first day and I lost 9lbs. Can't stomach them now but it got me through my first week having had a greedy Christmas and New Year.

If it helps you stick to the most difficult diet in the world then why not, you obviously have lost weight by eating them so good for you.

yey! great loss! so motivating to see everyon doing so well :) it reassures me about havingthe bars in week 3 now too, i wont be as apprehensive about it slowing down my losses :)

Well done you that is a brilliant loss, and glad you're enjoying the bars. I had the water flavourings from day 1 and it didn't impact my loss - although I know we all react differently.
