Well I must admit, I dunno how i feel, its not really my first WI as i've been doing it a couple of weeks, but my first WI at group; I lost 2.5. I have followed the plan, and even walked 5miles yesterday.
But will admit my TOTM is looming, ive been in an awful mood all day, and the period pains are starting to loom so maybe this is why. I wanted a bigger loss!! I think i'm being greedy haha.
