fish in packet with butter/parsley sauce

Hi all this is me on 5th day of Atkins Hopefully doing it right! Can't believe the amount of carbs are in salad /veg that i have taken before beetroot etc omg eyes have been opened Can anyone tell me if i would be allowed fish in butter/parsley sauce and also I am using utterly buttery should i be using the real butter Hoping someone will advice Thank you x

Yes, use real butter. Fish in butter sauce is fine if you make the sauce yourself - if you're buying it check the label as it may well have flour and corn starch in to thicken it.
