Can you eat the skin of fish or do you need to remove it. I just had salmon for tea and didnt eat it as it seems oily to me (but then so is salmon isnt it). i didnt think they say skin removed for fish as they do for chicken.
also if you need to remove it for say salmon (wouldnt be surprised if this was a yes) what about for non oily fish such as haddock or cod. reason i ask is because when hubby cooks tea he leaves the skin on (trying to cut it off before cooking needs to be an expert with a knife lol)
