So here we go - yesterdays disaster 19.06.14 Points used 54 Dailies Used 28/28 Weeklies used 26 = 63/49 (over by 14 points) Exercise gained - 8 (insanity) / 6 (jogging) = 14 – 14points used today B - thin (3); bacon (2), cheese slice (2); milk (1) = 8 S – Deep Ridged Crisps (6) L – thin (3); tomatoes; 2 x cheese slice (4) = 7 S - Deep Ridged Crisps (6) S – 3 x Jaffa (3); coffee/milk (2) = 5 D – Chicken (4); baby potatoes (2); 2 x eggs (3), Salad, gherkins, jalapenos; mayo (1) = 10 S - coffee, 2 x French fries (4); Kelloggs Square (4); mallows (4) = 12

Thanks Selena and good morning I dont like using any extra points that I have gained through exercise, kind of defeats the purpose in exercising if you do that. That was the one good thing about SW you were encouraged to do 'Body Magic' but not take them into account for using as extras. Never mind, nearly another new week x

Ah well 1 on. Not 2 bad considering. Still having my usual treat nite & back on 2moro. Was planning insanity 2day but got a weird pain in lower left stomach when move. Hope eased off by 2moro. Nd 2 catch up on diaries. Hope ur all enjoying wknd x

Thanks folks. I knew it was comin, completely my doin so not complaining!! Limited on my exercise tho till this stupid pain does 1!! Mite do treadmill as that is up rite unless heavy breathing causes it!!

Chill sunday apart from that. OH golfing. Away 2 make brunch then watch BL.

D - steak (9), chopped toms, mushrooms, steam veg, baby potatoes (3), diluting juice = 12
S - 4 x madam joystixx (5)

Table didn't work in the app so deleted & listed as normal.

Dinner was lovely again X

Another wet miserable day but at least I am at work & not missing out on anything!! I do hope it clears up soon tho as nd 2 get tent treated b4 next wk as going camping!!

Still got these pains in belly so think a trip 2 the dr may b needed.

Another dodgy Sunday-Monday sleep so little bit tired but should b busy wk as assistant is off 4 week & I have a few meetings thru wk. this wk & 3days not wk & I am off :)

Not so bad 2nite, still sore when I move in certain ways. I did manage the treadmill for a solid 15min run, 2min break then another 3mins run. 5min warmup start & finish.

Had a good day, assistant off 4 the wk so I am really busy which I luv, makes day so much quicker plus I no things have bn done without dbl checking :-/

Jst going 2 update food & decide if I am wanting any treats with remaining points.

Torrential downpour at home time, off at the moment but skies still look heavy.

Scott got the munchies which means he is going 2b cooking and making me want to eat :-( Only 3pp left 4 the day.............

Morning, I don't think I ever feel btr after exercise even tho they say endorphins released give u a burst or energy -I don't get that, I jst want 2 sleep!! I wasn't in pain from the run tho I still have the stomach pains. Rally not wanting 2 go 2 Dr, feel like nvr away & that I'm wasting their time :-/

Beautiful morn, sun shining so hope stays like that & I will get out a run 2nite x
