Hi I'm gd. Body aching all over. Think went 2 hard 2 quick - insanity on Sunday & running last nite. All my muscles r screaming at me & the simplest movement is painful. Rest nite 2nite, running again 2moro.

Jst finished dinner watching biggest loser. Had snooze earlier as was shattered - restless nite!!!

Not so achey today but thinking about giving class a miss tonight just to be on the safe side!

Was close to calling in sick this morning - head was killing me when I woke up but just battled through. Got a conference call with Houston so needed to be here as never prepped assistant with stuff for the meeting!!

Not too bad at the moment, munching on some FF for tea break with a cup of coffee. Lovely outside but chilly in the back of the workshop!!!

I think giving the class a miss sounded like a great idea! I really love FF, if seems that you get so many more in the bag than In Quavers or Skips! X

Morning

Cramp sleep. Scott home & jst puts my routine out window. He up till midnight watching footy, I'm in bed @ 10 but don't sleep as I am a lite sleeper so I no he will wake me up. Then tossed & turned as he was huffing & puffing. Up @ 520 with about 4hrs sleep if I am lucky. Least he can sleep on & catch up on sleep - I am shattered, goin 2b a long day.

Last nites soup was cross & Blackwell, really tasty.

oh no!
nothin worse than a crap nights sleep!
its been really muggy here so ive been tossin and turning a lot too!!
hope today doesnt drag tooooo much for you and u get a better sleep tonight! x

Nvr had a gr8 day food wise. Will post shortly when get 2 my computer, easier 2 type up!! Short version I ate all my dailies, remaining weeklies & exercise points on s#@t!

Don't WI till 2moro but this morn had a wee sneaky WI I was 0.75lbs up!

Had a btr nites sleep last nite, think I slept all nite & the cats slept in their own beds!!!

Weather looks 2b not bad!!

Morning Allie :) Glad to hear you slept better. Your Dailies, Weeklies and AP are there to be used if needed and you obviously needed them! Scales can change dramatically in 24hrs so fingers crosse you might get a STS tomorrow. X

I dont like using any extra points that I have gained through exercise, kind of defeats the purpose in exercising if you do that. That was the one good thing about SW you were encouraged to do 'Body Magic' but not take them into account for using as extras.

Never mind, nearly another new week
