So far so good! Jst bout ready 2 head 2 work. Really tired this morn. Woke @ 430 & nvr really got back 2 sleep. Looks like it could b another nice day.

Deary me, what a day it has been. Can't believe its nearly 4, time to go home soon.

Been a very quick day, another meeting, more things not being kept up to date on - all go go go - love it :D

Back to Jog Scotland tonight - no rain and no aching muscles as per last week after the insanity of Insanity!!! I would have been doing it again this week were it not for the unknown belly pain!! Maybe just start again after holidays - only a week away now - yay :party0011::banana dancer:

Tea time now, then half hour of work and home!!

1/2tsp honey
1/2tsp butter
25ml milk
1/2tsp course mustard
15ml JD
65g haggis (NV on Selenas page!!)
