Thanks. I was diagnosed wi chronic migraine syndrome a couple months back, on meds but still get every month or so :-(

You can buy packs of the roasting bash jst like the 1s u get in the so juicy range. I jst add my own spices etc wi chopped toms or passata. Jst chuck everything in the bag, no mess & only a pare & chopping board 2 clean!!!

How r u keeping in this weather?

im good thx, its gone a lot cooler here to whats it has been like! and a lot more rainy but im off to turkey in 11 days :) x
 
Well got to the Drs today for my eye, they think it is a large stye under the eyelid. Got antibiotic ointment and if it is not OK in 48hrs ive to go back. Hopefully clear soon. The ointment will leave me blind for 15-20mins so should be fun at work!!!

Was planning on SS/F&H week but had a wee mistake of maltersers and salt & vinegar twists last night. Technically still within points for week so just going to run with that otherwise I have no points left!! Thinking about switching back to SW as this is what my friends are doing, although I cannot make it to classes with them. See how things go!!

So went back 2 class this morn. Put on 4 from last wk but I am officially starting again @ 13st10.

Startin T25 2moro. All fotos taken & measurements. Its 5days a wk 25mins a time 4 10wks. Hopin I can do it as lokking at fotos I am so ashamed. So embarrassed 2 let OH c me like that & tk all my strength not 2 cry in front him

Fingers crossed.

Will catch up on diaries l8r when back I house & chillin x

L - thin, bacon, egg, beans, coffee/skimmed milk
S - thin, cold ham, light salad cream, pickles
D - chicken stuffed wi haggis (4), potatoes, steam veg, sauce - flour (1), mustard, butter, skimmed milk, remaining haggis
S - home popped popcorn, icing sugar (1)

Dinner was amazing. Popcorn was ok, bit more bitty than the micro stuff but still nice!

Wk 1 day 1 Shaun T Focus T25 = 6points

L - thin, scrambled egg, cheese triangle (1), coffee/skimmed milk

D - mince, mashed potatoes-butter (1), onion, aunt Bessie carrot & neep (1),
S - peanut butter hotter (2)

Dinner was amazing, stuffed now but nd 2 go dye hair. After having blue, purple & red hair I am now goin back 2 blonde!! Bn yrs since bn simple!! Hopefully won't dye skin as much as the others!!!!

So this morning I done day 1 wk 1 of T25, think I may b aching 2moro. Got out in2 garden 4 rain 2 come on so went food shopping instead. Came home made lovely dinner then decided 2 dye hair. Came upstairs 2 get towel & realised had left window open in bedroom, its a velux & wind was blowing in right direction 2 flood the floor, cushions all soaked & walls had water running down them!! All good now!

Anyhoo food all sorted 4 2moro & now in bed.

It has bn pretty bad, few places flooded & trees down. Rain off but winds still strong.

My hair not much different, go a shade lighter each time c how I go.

Bit achey 2day but manageable. Day 2 2nite!!

Hope uve had a gd day, I no ur scan was 2day -will pop in past ur diary & get the update
