Gd day. Weather lovely tho In typical fashion fog comin in. Thats wot we get 4 livin on coast!!

Found these in Home Bargains 4 £1.50. Nvr tried b4 & at £5 would not have bot them!!

Ok so should gave posted earlier yo that I lost 1.25lbs this wk, happy wi that as Thot had STS. I kip mite try the simple start 4 the wk when OH goes offshore jst 2 gi me a boost.

Not posted yest or 2day as slightly off plan wi mum dad visiting. They live 200miles away so don't c them often & not goin 2 worry 2much about wot eatin. I've not bn OTT but had more than I normally would!!

Had a lovely day. Had a stroll round a country park, bot some plants 4 garden, had BBQ & got 2 sit out 4 a while b4 rain came on. Now in wi couple drinks & some nibbles watching Sleepy Hollow.

Food so far, have some treats l8r I think. Eat my weeklies early on in week. Done some walking 2day but not sure how many points gained back x

So not sure what is for dinner tonight, OH away offshore and I have to fend for myself! Meant to be starting back Jog Scotland tonight but it is just to hot to run!! Missed it for 3weeks though and I know that I am going to be struggling when I do start back! If go run then it will be something quick & easy with minimal dishes!!

PB Hottie ran out so will not be having anymore of that. I do have ovaltine but I dont like with water and would need to be using milk which mean more points!! Ah well, nearly finishing time and I want to get out sharp to miss the traffic

Evening all

Not long finished dinner. New series Masterchef Ireland has started so watching that while w8in on Damages downloading on demand. All my prog series r finishing so needing 2 get some new 1s taped!!

Had ok day, morn was really slow but afternoon went quick enuf. Car delivered back from garage after discovering on Sunday when I went 2 renew tax online that I had no MOT & apparently hadn't had since April!!! It's also nice & clean now!!

Update my food shortly but pretty much same as yest apart from dinner!!

Thanks LH. Prob put all back on. Had a horrible day yest, jst felt rotten & wanted 2 cry. Used up most points 4 rest wk. Not so much on crap but made chickpea Dahl & nvr realised jst how many points was in it.

Struggling this morn, crap sleep & sore head, goin 2b a long day :-(

Oh me have just had a roll with square sausage & black pudding - diet screwed this week for sure. I have absolutely no motivation at the moment. Nothing to look forward to to put my mind on the right track & am just wanting to eat!

Well it's Saturday. My WI day, this I have not done yet, do it when getin ready 2 head out.

Had an irritation in eye last nite, woke this morn wi swollen eyelid!!

Decided a book myself in 4 a massage 2day, long overdue!! So 2day I am doin nothing, goin 2 chill, eat done more crap & write out shopping list for my shop 2moro. Goin 2 try SS/F&H 4 a couple wks try get some weight off b4 charity ball in couple wks!!

Well WI & I lost 0.75lbs. Happy wi that considering went off a fair bit.

Yesterday turned out pretty rotten, went 4 massage & was not as good as I was expecting, meant 2b back, neck & shoulders, only did back, will b looking 4 somewhere new.

Eventually had something 2 eat bout 4, then head started hurting - turned in2 mother of all migraines, close 2 being sick, even had 2 tell OH when he called couldn't talk! Was in bed @ 930 after spending most nite sleepin on couch.

Feelin lot btr 2day but still got the after headache. & my eye is worse, mite nd 2c if can get appt @ dr 2moro.

Jst w8 in on dinner cooking as all I have had 2day is 2 peaches.

glad ur feelin better theirs nothin worse than a migrane - i too have to lye down in the dark else im physically sick, they really do knock u about! x

Thanks. I was diagnosed wi chronic migraine syndrome a couple months back, on meds but still get every month or so :-(

You can buy packs of the roasting bash jst like the 1s u get in the so juicy range. I jst add my own spices etc wi chopped toms or passata. Jst chuck everything in the bag, no mess & only a pare & chopping board 2 clean!!!

How r u keeping in this weather?
