Not such a nice day 2day in all aspects.

Still awake @ midnight, woke jst b4 4, up about 4:40 2 go 2 loo & alarm off @ 5:20 :-( could b a long day ahead plus got quite sore head 2day, close 2 calling in sick but stuff 2 do!

Hope everybody's morning gets off 2 a btr start than mine xx

B - warburtons thin, bacon, cheese slice (2), coffee/milk (1)
S - pineapple
L - mug shot (6), crumpet, marmalade (1)
D - wholewheat pasta, tuna, cucumber, sweetcorn, salad cream (1)
S - skimmed milk, WW coconut slice (2 - so not worth it!!), Walkers a Hoops & Crosses Prawn Cocktail (2)

So had gd day at work tho had complete blond moment in reading something wrong when it was actually rite!! Blame the tiredness. Try 4 early bed 2nite, depends when OH calls but on plus side he is home 2moro & I have taken Friday off :)

Run in the rain was actually quite refreshing & I think I ran most of it so I am pretty pleased with that. Now to decide if I go 4 time trial 2moro nite.

Hi I love them, they r free on SW so that was mpg lunch staple. Made up u do get mug full of pasta. I only like the Tomato & Herb & Roast Chicken.

Make sure if getting they are the black packet with 1%, 1s out cheaper shops r 3% fat!!!!!
