Well here goes! I've never really been good at diaries (general dairies not weight related ones) so hopefully I'll stick at this one so I can look back and motivate myself if I'm having a wobbly moment.

So where to begin? I've always been a little bit on the heavy side and always said "I'll lose it when I can be bothered". Well I've finally had the kick that I needed. In July me and my gorgeous boyfriend finally booked our first holiday together to go to Florida. I want to look back at the photos that we take and say "Wow we had such a good time" rather than "whose that hefa-lump next to my boyfriend?" I want to feel confident enough to be in the photos and smiling rather than be the person behind the camera taking photos!

So middle the middle of July I started my quest to get "Fit for Florida". The scales read 14st 2lbs :-O OMG! So I started going to the gym more and eating less. Then Aug came round dipped in and out of Slim Fast, then fell of the wagon for my birthday (well a girl turning 23 has to celebrate in style) and then for the last week of Aug ordered a trial box of S&S, simply trying out meals and so on to see what I'd like, (not following it to the book).

But now September I start my challenge. 13st (I managed to lose 16lbs in 7 weeks :) ) So I want to lose about 21lbs in 7 weeks (sounds impossible but i hope its achievable)

So day 1:

Breakfast/lunch (noonish): Hazlenut shake blended with chocolate truffle bar (lush)
Dinner: 100g of Morrocon style chicken with 80grams of mushroom 80 grams of brocolli and 40 grams of olives
Dessert: Summer fruits shake blended with ice

:D Day one wasnt so bad.
 
So day 2. Didnt go as planned. Time of the month appeared so feeling weak etc and ill. (This is how i normally get)
So for brekkie I had a shake, however gave into some home cooked food. But tried to make sure I didn't eat to many carbs. Still low cal but not sticking to S&S. :(
But days like these cant be helped spesh when I was feeling this weak!

Back to it tomorrow!
 
Soo. I've not really stuck to writing this diary. I think its cos thinking about the food I've eaten makes me more hungry.
But today I got myself weighed on one of those boots machines. And my BMI has gone from obese to overweight :D
Never thought id be happy to say woooooo im overweight! hahah. x
