At long last i have gotten two replies on the same day.
Dear Mrs Ion,

Thank you for your email and sorry for the late reply. We have had a recent influx of emails and are trying to get through them as quickly as possible.

We are really sorry to hear that you have had problems with your Fitflop sandals this certainly should not have happened. Please if possible can you send some photographs to this email address of the defect so we can inspect further. As we did not take the original transaction we would be unable to refund you but we would look to replace them for you.

We look forward to hearing from you and once again we are sorry for the late reply.

Normally refunds/exchanges are dealt with through the retailer, however as you do not have a receipt we would be happy to help. Could you please send us a picture of the fault so that we can look into replacing your sandals? (Please include your shoe size and address)

How long have you been waiting for a reply Tara? Can't find the original thread!
I've had my Fitflops a couple of years now, I love them!

I sent the original email on 6 July this year. so i havent been waiting long.
I originally got a pair for Mothers Day last year but after i wore them a few times there was a problem with the bit between my toes. i took them back to the shop with the receipt and they changed them. i only wore them for about 4 months and then it snapped under the circle part on top. i was going to take them to the shoe repair this weekend but i received the reply from Fitflops.

i think that if they dont want me to send my shoes to them, then i will still take them to the shop.

forgot to say, that i love them too.

Hi Tara

It's reassuring to know that the company is dealing positively with your complaint and I hope they replace the defective fitflops speedily.

I bought a pair two weeks ago (the ones with the three resin stones) and each time I've worn them the rain has peed down!

I'm not really sure you should be posting their names and work contact details on a public forum.... I would be thoroughly p*ssed off if someone did that to me...

Thank you for pointing that out so passionately to me. I really didn't think about that at all. Hopefully the moderators can remove this post.

Once again, I would like to state that I didn't post it to show everyone their details and I would also like to say that a private message would have suffice rather than one so aggressive.

I didn't even notice the contact details and I'm sure it would be something you could find out quite readily anyway. Not like it's their personal details is it!
