At long last i have gotten two replies on the same day.

Thank you for your email and sorry for the late reply. We have had a recent influx of emails and are trying to get through them as quickly as possible.
We are really sorry to hear that you have had problems with your Fitflop sandals this certainly should not have happened. Please if possible can you send some photographs to this email address of the defect so we can inspect further. As we did not take the original transaction we would be unable to refund you but we would look to replace them for you.

Could you please send us a picture of the fault so that we can look into replacing your sandals? (Please include your shoe size and address)
