Fitness With Cambridge

Can someone let me know what beans spaghetti hoops have to do with excersize???

Im so confused!
 
The Cambridge principle is that you don't need to spend hundreds of pounds on equipment for the home or go to an expensive and sometimes scarey gym.

So when doing things like bicep curls you can just use a couple of cans of beans from the cupboard as opposed to 30 quids worth of dumbells.

B*gger, I thought I could eat a tin of spaghetti whilst exerciseing!!!!!!!
 
I'm really looking forward to being able to buy this and get started, I really want to do something other than the walking and this sounds just what I need.
