Sooooo, just had third weigh in and I've only a 2lb loss, was a touch disappointed, but I know, a loss is a loss. However now concerned as I've been planning to go out for a meal for my anniversary on thurs. I don't feel bad about organising dinner at all, I refuse to feel 'failed'. I am making a conscious decision to have a meal that will include carbs and wine. I also fully intend to come back on TS on fri, however am now a bit concerned that I've lost my motivation cos I've only a small loss this week. Thus decided to start this rant diary to remind me and encourage me to start again!

Start 14'7. WI1 -11. WI2 -4.

Hi FF you have lost 17 pounds in 3 weeks from your stats which is amazing so the 2 pounds just reflects that as I am sure some of the more experienced exante dieters wil tell you . The celebratory meal sounds great but unless you are very lucky will affect your weight as your glycogen stores will refill first and they bind with water . It's not permanent and if you avoid complex carbs you may get away with it ! Just get back on TS the next day . Enjoy and really well done ! X

Positive brain back on. If I'd been on ww I'd have only lost 6pm by now. And it can't all be water, there has to be some fat loss in there somewhere!

Getting out of 13's keeps happening and then not! Think my inability to toilet train myself may be the cause of that!

Would love to have both rings on by my bday.

Speaking of toilet training, I see someone is being more successful than me!!

Btw, there is a possibility that my agony yesterday could have been the effect of a bug as little miss is very ill today.

So after losing 21lb I've opened a bag of clothes I'd put away to shrink into!

However I'd thought they were all the 16's I didn't fit. So opened the bag and there's 18's there too!

Upside, I'm into jeans I didn't fit before, Downside, i technically haven't lost a dress size cos I didn't know what size I really was!

WI after week of aam is +1lb!!! Not horrendous but not great either. Bit annoyed, had no carbs and limited what I was having cals wise and portions Eusebius, apparently not enough?

Having cravings now for a proper meal later.... I will enjoy my thai soup, like it and lump it.

One day later and that 1pm plus 1 more have gone. Fingers crossed for a 4lb loss this wk, get me nice and firmly into overweight, these mini goals need met!

Whoo got my ass into a pair of river island 16's!!!! And I can get a hand into the waistband!

Tis worth it, 3 lbs more and I will have lost 2stone total!

Two stone off at sneaky WI. That's two stone before my 8th WI which is great.

This past week I've had loads of people asking me if I've lost weight, :D

On my hols next week, hope I don't do too much damage!
