Sooooo, just had third weigh in and I've only a 2lb loss, was a touch disappointed, but I know, a loss is a loss. However now concerned as I've been planning to go out for a meal for my anniversary on thurs. I don't feel bad about organising dinner at all, I refuse to feel 'failed'. I am making a conscious decision to have a meal that will include carbs and wine. I also fully intend to come back on TS on fri, however am now a bit concerned that I've lost my motivation cos I've only a small loss this week. Thus decided to start this rant diary to remind me and encourage me to start again!
