Hi, I did Power Plate (one called MaxuVibe) in a local beauty salon for one month unlimited usage. I went about four times a week. I have definitely toned up in that time BUT......I was also doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred video and Bridge to 10km running programme in that time, so I don't really know what I can attribute my results to! I would also be interested to hear other people's experiences and opinions before signing up for another month.

I've tried flabelos a couple of times. I think its something where you need to actually do exercises whilst you're on it rather than just stand there, but it's fun.
