I'm obviously an odd character cos I actually don't hate the flapjacks :D however, I've been told by a few people that they prevent losses as big as if you were to have just shakes? I'd love to have 5 flappys a week (one for lunch in work mon-fri)
Does anyone know anything about this? Any ideas, theories?

    Thanks losers!

Hey :) I have 4 flapjacks most weeks, and my losses don't slow down at all, like last week I lost 5lbs and I'd had 4 flapjacks, I don't think they do affect your weight loss tbh :)

    Hehe thank you :)

The flapjacks have an extra 50 calories in than the female sachets, and I doubt them 50 calories are gonna equate to even a 1/2lb difference each week, I know theres 3500 calories to 1lb of body fat, so I wouldn't worry, just make sure you drink an extra bit of water with each flapjack and you'll be good as gold! :)
