Flatbread-HELP

Going out to Lunch on Friday - only thing I can see on Menu that I can have is Cajun Chicken Skewers with Flatbreads - anyone know how syns these are have looked in book but can find them. It also copmes with Avodaco and something but I'll ask for this to be taken off!.

Sorry without more exact info cannot caluclate, however basic food list online shows:

Basic/Non Branded Foods Bread, Flatbread, all varieties 28g

4 Syns on Extra Easy Original 4 Syns Green 4 Syns

28g is not very much bear in mind!!

mmmm its not might have to just ask them to replace this with salad as well.
