I just can't get motivated at the moment with my food intake. I think I've finally blown after years of failed diets :( However, I've just been on a 20 minute bike ride, after not being on my bike for over 2 years + weighing over 21 stones :eek: It was knackering & I could see people staring & laughing at me but I don't give 2 hoots.....I love cycling and am going to do a small ride every day now and build up. Hopefully that'll encourage me to cut all the rubbish out, but I'm DEFFO not going on a diet anymore!!!!!

Good on you for going for that ride! Maybe do it every other day just to give your body some recovery time, otherwise you are more susceptible to injury.

Don't think of it as a diet- think of it as changing your lifestyle and improving your health. Much more motivating concepts!
