Flour?

I used some flour today roughly 3/4 cup but am unsure of the syn value could someone help me. It was cornmeal flour

Hi I can't find cornmeal flour but SR is 4.5 syns for 28g and plain is 5 syns for 28g

Oooh wait a minute just remembered cornmeal flour is also called polenta flour so its 5 syns for 28g
