    Hi all,

I've had flu since Tuesday and haven't eaten since Wednesday as I've been so sick. I've just managed some toast tonight.

Anyway, last Thursday at weigh-in I weighed 11 stone 6 pounds at 6pm fully clothed (obviously!)

Today in my pyjamas I weigh 10 stone 11 pounds. When I start to eat again, will I put weight on?

    Thanks,
    L

You probably will but a little, due to lost water and body salts, but dont be disheartened!!

I have bronchitis and can't really eat very much - too much effort. The weight is rolling off, but I know it's not "real" if you know what I mean!

So I am prepared for a bit of a gain when I get better, but frankly I won't care because I don't want to feel this ill for a moment longer than I have to!!!!

You probably will to be honest. I didnt eat through stress when my dad died and lost about 21lbs, most of it went back on when I started eating properly. Dont be disheartened if it does though xx
